The ODearest Primrose 4 ft Divan comes with a bed base and a mattress -featuring an Odearest open-coil spring system with foam and polyester cushioned layers giving excellent semi-orthopedic support.

The ODearest Primrose Mattress is a two sided mattress and does require regular turning & rotating.
